SQUERRYES
I was commissioned by English Sparkling Wine brand Squerryes to create a unique rhyming Christmas card to send out to their members.
Squerryes is an eighth generation family business, their motto is ‘Licet Esse Beatis: It is permitted to be joyful’. Using that line as inspiration I wrote a poem focusing in on what it means to feel joy at Christmas time.
INSIDE OUT
I was commissioned by InsideOut, a social enterprise working to smash the stigma around mental ill-health in the workplace, to write a bespoke poem about the reality of living with Bipolar Disorder.
The final poem “1in 4” expresses both the negative effects of living with mental ill-health and the positive power of neurodiversity. The client was so delighted with the words that they invited me to read the poem at their London launch event and then commissioned a limited edition poster.

Ladies Who Launch is a female empowerment platform dedicated to celebrating and inspiring women all over the world.
Keen admirers of each others work LWL invited me to join the team as their Resident Poet, translating each month’s theme into a poem to be shared in their newsletter and on social media.
DORSET CEREALS
I was commissioned by Mums the Word to write a poem for the Dorset Cereals “Slow Morning” wellbeing Event in Brighton.
The final poem, simply titled “Slowdown” expresses the need for us all to press pause occasionally and focus in on the details in a small moment and our own wellbeing. I was invited to read the poem at the event on the day.
