DELIVERY

I aim to dispatch poetry prints within 2 days from receipt of your order. If it will take longer then I will contact you to let you know. If you have a shorter timeline then please email me and I will try to be flexible.

I post prints Royal Mail 1st Class to the delivery address indicated on your order. The delivery cost to UK Mainland is included in your order total. 

Private Commissions usually take 3 – 4 weeks from brief to completion and are usually sent via courier. I will advise you of this cost via email prior to sending.

Returns

Kate Phipps Writes will exchange or refund products provided that they are returned in the original condition within 14 days of receipt to:

Please request a proof of posting.  Please note that goods being sent back to Kate Phipps Writes are your responsibility until they reach me.  Kate Phipps Writes cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.  Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded should an item be faulty.
